Where is Rivera Gourmets hemp derived product sourced from?

We use only premium hemp farmed in the U.S.A. We want nothing but the best, so we made sure that not only was our hemp of the highest quality, but also any other ingredients like essential oils and carrier oils. We’re mindful about our formulations from start to finish!

What extraction process is used?

At Rivera Gourmets we use solvent-free CO2 extraction isolates and distillates. In other words, it uses CO2 like from the air we breathe to extract the beneficial molecules. We work directly with the farm and the manufacturers to ensure the highest quality products and the most efficient process from seed to sale.  With Rivera Gourmets you can trust that you are getting exactly what you want and need, and according the highest of standards.

Will our CBD show up on a drug test?

No! Our isolate CBD has 0% THC.

Will our Delta-8 show up on a drug test?

The short answer is, yes. Delta-8 is a THC and will appear on a drug test.

 Is there an expiration date for products?

Our products have a 12 month shelf life! Everything is made to order so nothing sits on the shelf for longer than a month or so before getting to you!

How should I store my Rivera Gourmets products?

To maintain ultimate integrity of your premium CBD products, it’s best to keep them away from intense sunshine, heat, or cold. Store in a cool, dry place and you’re good to go!

Shipping

What is the cost of shipping?

We have a couple great options! We offer free standard shipping for orders over $99. Otherwise, our standard shipping is $5.99. We also offer FedEx Ground as an expedited option for $9.97

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive. However, since COVID-19 we are seeing some longer delivery times in certain areas or during busier times of the year. Shipping may take up to 10 business days. If for any reason your order doesn’t arrive in that timeframe please email support@riveragourmets.com and we’ll be happy to help!

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships we’ll email you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye out! Tracking will either be from USPS or FedEx.

Can I change the address on my order?

Our shipping warehouse works around the clock to get orders out the door as fast as possible! Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours. If you need to make a change to your address after an order has been submitted please email support@riveragourmets.com We will do our very best to catch your order before it ships!
