    What are the exclusions on promotional offers?

    From time to time, RG Edibles likes to offer its family of customers promotional codes to save on hemp. While we do our best to make the experience simple on our website, we understand that there may be questions as well. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team.

    Discount Codes

    With sales like BOGO50 (Buy-One-Get-One at 50% off) qualified customers of our discount program have two options, they can either choose to keep their standard 40% off discount by entering their discount code during checkout, OR they can add the BOGO50 promo code.
    The limit is one discount code per order and all online discount codes have a designated expiration date. Furthermore, most codes can only be applied to carts with up to ten products. Discount codes cannot be applied to bulks, bundles, and gummy 3-packs as most of these products are automatically discounted. Lastly, discount codes cannot be combined with Reward Points or Autoship subscription orders.
    Please note: Some discount codes require you to be logged into your RG Edibles account. Other exclusions may apply.

We reserve the right to make modifications to any offer and cancel at anytime. What shipping & handling methods does RG Edibles offer?

Our goal is to get our customers everything they need as soon as possible. We currently offer Ground Shipping, 2-Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping & handling services. For orders over $75.00, ground shipping is free. We are currently utilizing UPS Mail Innovations for all ground shipping orders, which involves both the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. All orders start out with UPS but some do get routed to local post offices for final delivery. Our warehouse team will issue all customers a USPS tracking number, which can be used on either shipping company’s website for detailed tracking. Does RG Edibles offer gift receipts?
The great thing is there’s no need! All of our packing slips currently exclude pricing, so you can keep those precious holiday gifts discreet. If your gift recipient isn’t satisfied for any reason, our customer care team is here to help.
How do returns work at RG Edibles?
At Charlotte's Web, we stand behind our products 100%. In fact, we're so convinced our products will help make a positive difference in your life that if any item doesn't meet your expectations, we want you to send it back within the first 30 days of delivery. We will happily give you the option to exchange it for another item or receive a full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment. We'll email you a label to print out, place on your package, and ship back at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued, and an automated email will notify you of the transaction. If you purchased the item through a Charlotte's WebTM distributor or retailer, however, we ask that you handle your return or exchange through them.
Please note: There are no returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.
